If your Windows Server (RDP) crashing frequently, then this could be for following reasons:-
1. At first check your Windows Server license is valid or expired. To find out status about your product key click: Start > Settings > Update & security and in the left hand column click on ‘Activation’. In the Activation window you can check the “Edition” of Windows 10 that is installed, Activation status and the type of “Product key”.
If you found that, the Windows license is expired or invalid, then you have to replace the license key with genuine license purchased from Windows Store.
You can use trial license for 180 days with below command on command prompt:
slmgr -rearm
2. Also, you need to check your Windows Event Manager, to find any resource hungry application.
