When you open a hosting account with Stromonic, you will receive a few different emails. The subject lines will be similar to:
- Stromonic Login Details (contains Stromonic login)
- An invoice has been generated (contains billing invoice information)
- New Account Information – <domain> (contains technical account information: FTP, email, DNS, etc.)
Email that contains login URLs or passwords can be classified as spam by some email systems, so if you believe that your order was completed, but you have not received your login information email(s), check your spam or junk or promotion mail email folder.
If you still can’t locate your account setup email, please contact our support department, and they will make sure that you receive the messages.
